Hi there! I have more than 3 years of experience tutoring up to tertiary fields with a strong passion in teaching. I have had great success in guiding failing students who are looking to pass, B+ students who just want to break the A barrier, and everything in between. As an engineering student, I will also instil the right mindset to excel academically and enhance abilities in problem solving, good time management and real world application, all while having a bit of fun during the session!
Hi, my name is Ashleigh and I am a student at Griffith University GC currently studying in my final year of a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, aspiring to study a Master of Medical Research and hopefully a PhD. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and hope to incorporate it into my future career either at a secondary or tertiary level. Watching my students grow and achieve the grades I know they deserve is very fulfilling when I know they have put in a lot of time and hard work. I like to focus more on not just understanding and memorising concepts but applying them to real world situations to form a deeper understanding and better memory recall later down the track. Also I like to encourage students to have a weekly study routine as most of the time getting into a habit of staying on top of their work is the hardest part, but thats where I come in to keep them on track.
I am a passionate, flexible and committed university student studying a Bachelor of Medical Science (Provisional Entry to Doctor of Medicine) at Griffith University. As a high-achieving student during my high school years, I would love to pass on my passion for my chosen subjects (particularly biology, chemistry and english) and to teach my students by engaging them with the subject and the importance of the subject being studied.
I’m a third-year student studying a Bachelor of Secondary Education (English & Geography). I am able to offer students with valuable knowledge in order to build a positive and well-developed learning environment whilst supporting and encouraging learning. I have developed skills in assessment and feedback techniques, behaviour management strategies and can provide excellent interpersonal qualities developed through professional experience and active involvement in the community.
Hi. My name is Daniel and I will be graduating this December with a Bachelor of Commerce at Griffith University (Finance). I graduated high school with an OP 1/ATAR 99.7 and was the highest achieving for several subjects including Mathematics C. I've been tutoring for several years, so I am well aware as to what is required and how to help students reach their full potential.
I am passionate about both learning and teaching mathematics and I believe mathematics provides a great foundation for students to develop clear and logical thought processes that can help them in all areas of their study. I can provide assistance to students who are looking to gain a solid understanding of basic math or extend their understanding into more complex topics. I have previous experience working with high school students and tertiary students.
I have a passion for teaching and have found it to be one of my personal qualities. My style of tuition is all about the child's needs and limitations, while making sure they are engaged and having a bit of fun along the way. I'm a very patient person and love being around children and helping them learn and hope I can put my own skills to use to help benefit the lives of others.
My passion is in sharing a love of knowledge and a lifelong love of learning. My interests are broad I am fascinated by science and technology and keep up to date. I love reading and my subjects cover anything from personal development to geology. At University I added History and languages to Psychology which broadened the depth of knowledge I have attained over the years. At university I also implemented many cutting edge methods to improve learning and memory.
I am a highly motivated tutor who strives to improve my students' academics in the most effective manner. Everyone learns in different ways and I aim to cater to all my students to ensure their academic goals are reached. I have spent the past few years helping my students gain confidence in themselves and I have absolutely enjoyed every moment of it. It isn't just about teaching my students but also empowering them to have the right tools to be able to help themselves.
